1. Improve Communication – Every year the topic of communication is brought up.  The website will continue to expand and meet the changing needs of the section, and provide Arrowmen a destination to go when they have questions or need answers regarding the section.  The newsletter will continue to provide great information as well.

  2. 100% Quality Lodge – We hope that each and every lodge will work hard to achieve quality lodge.  The section wants to make its officers and advisors available to the lodges to help in anyway possible to achieve this goal.

  3. Earn Quality Section Status – The officers in the section will work hard to achieve quality section status like we have had for many years.

  4. NCLS– The National Conservation and Leadership Summit is the program of emphasis during 2007. The Key 3 from every lodge has the ability to travel to Indiana University to participate in training and preparation for the ArrowCorps5 in 2008. It is a goal of the section to have 100% Lodge participation.

  5. Plan and Implement a Successful Conclave – This goal is obligatory from year to year, but it is always important to state it once again.  The Conclave is the time the section has to get together and learn something but have a great time doing it.

  6. Create a LLD Trainer Pool – The section feels it should be helping to provide skilled trainers to lodges for their LLD programs.  While it is still the lodge’s responsibility to execute an LLD, we feel that it is in the lodge’s best interest to have trainers from outside of their lodge participate in teaching.
